       江蘇賀邦科技有限公司，原身為無(wú)錫長(zhǎng)安通用機(jī)械設(shè)備廠，最早成立于1988年，是無(wú)錫資信等級(jí)AAA企業(yè)?，F(xiàn)公司地處滬寧，錫澄高速公路之間，交通十分便利。公司占地面積為2萬(wàn)平方米，廠房面積為1.5萬(wàn)平方米。
       我公司主要生產(chǎn)鋁合金，鋅合金等精密壓鑄件。并于2010年設(shè)立了注塑車間，生產(chǎn)注塑件。公司擁有高精度自動(dòng)化壓鑄機(jī)19臺(tái)，注塑機(jī)5臺(tái),自動(dòng)鉆孔攻絲機(jī)、紅外線切邊機(jī)、研磨流水線、加工中心、中走絲等配套設(shè)備一應(yīng)俱全。從模具設(shè)計(jì)，開發(fā)到壓鑄，金加工至產(chǎn)品出廠已形成一條龍生產(chǎn)能力。同時(shí)，光譜儀、CMM、X-Ray探傷儀等高端實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備一應(yīng)俱全。
       公司主要產(chǎn)品分為汽車配件、家電配件、血壓表配件三個(gè)部分。其中汽車配件與世界五百?gòu)?qiáng)企業(yè)配套。從最早配套的主機(jī)廠通用、大眾、現(xiàn)代、神龍，發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在的本田、尼桑、奧迪、奔馳、寶馬等。歐美系、日系、國(guó)產(chǎn)車型等我司都有涉及，全方位為汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈配套服務(wù)。同時(shí)我司現(xiàn)在還為奔馳、寶馬等的高端車型生產(chǎn)后視鏡支座。另外，我司的汽車配件現(xiàn)已出口到英國(guó)、美國(guó)、澳大利亞、巴西、印度等國(guó)。這些都是對(duì)我司產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量最大的肯定。家電配件的主要客戶為國(guó)內(nèi)家電業(yè)知名品牌海爾、美的等。

We specialist in producing diecasting parts of aluminum Alloy and Zinc Alloy , In 2010, an injection workshop was set up to produce injection parts. We have 19 die-casting machines, 5 injection machines, automatic drilling and tapping machine, infrared edge cutting machine, grinding line, processing center, and other supporting equipment. We also have our own tooling department with the capability of tooling design, production, and modification. At the same time, spectrometer, CMM, X-Ray flaw detector and other high-end experimental equipment are also available.
